Sport & Development missie Tsjaad

From 14 until 17 June about ten Dutch companies and organizations took part in a mission to the North-African country Chad. The programme included, among others, various meetings with the Ministries and matchmaking sessions with Chad-based corporates like ExxonMobil but also with some local SME’s.

One of the projects that will be studied and developed in the near future is a perennial cooperation between Unicef, Cordaid and the KNVB CSR programme ‘Wordcoaches’ in the capital N’Djaména. In the picture (above) are, among others, the Ministers of Sport and Economic Affairs, the representative of Damen Shipyards and Camil Smeulders of Orange Sports Forum and honorary consul for Chad in The Netherlands.
